Artiza Networks is the leader in 3G/LTE radio access network (RAN) testing. Artiza has been collaborating in RAN nodes/core network nodes testing with major operators and venders in most advanced market in the industry for more than 10 years. Artiza’s tester products have been dominating the Japan market by high density load testers. We are proud to provide world class product line in UMTS, since the beginning of 3G developments. We co-operated with vender for 1st Super3G (LTE) experimental trial for major operator in Japan. With our powerful engineering resources covering from PCB, FPGA/DSP in wired and baseband, firmware, application software engineers, we have the full capability for in-house scratch development and providing professional services with technology trained sales forces. Artiza has filed in Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2001. Since Artiza was established, we have been profitable except few years with stable balance sheet.

President & Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder
Mr. Takashi Tokonami has over 20 years of experience in communication testing industry. He has been leading Artiza Networks in the most advanced communication technology market since he founded the company. In 2009, he set the Artiza Philosophy, strongly re-uniting the entire company. Before he found Artiza, he was a software engineer in Tekelec Japan (Nasdaq:TKLC) of Tekelec Diagnostic Division, (which was acquired by Catapult Communications (Nasdaq:CATT) in 2001, then acquired by IXIA Communications in 2009). He has strong relationship with R&D in NTT DoCoMo and other major telecommunication operators and also with major equipment vendors such as NEC and Fujitsu. He received a B.S. in Physics from Tokyo Science University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Masahito Shimizu has joined Artiza in 1998. He has introduced excellent accounting system into the organization and built up strong management system suitable for public company. His great contribution made Artiza’s successful IPO to Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2001 as the first project in the company. The new accounting system has enabled the company profitable over years and kept the balance sheet stable even after the IT bubble burst. He has been CFO since 2004 and responsible in company financials and investor relations. Before he joined Artiza, he started his career in a semiconductor company as an account, and he has been responsible for international sites for almost 10 years. He has graduated from an accounting professional college in Tokyo.
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Naoyuki Tokonami has joined Artiza 1992. Since then, he has been a protocol software expert of OSI, TCP/IP, ATM and 3G technologies. He has brought up the Artiza’s engineering team to the world class level in its capability for the technology and quality. Also his great leadership enabled his team to release the first-in-industry LTE eNB Load Testers into the market successfully with the outstanding performance. Before the LTE project, he has led the 3.5 G UE-SIM project as the company’s first move to the wireless technology. Before he joined Artiza, he was a software engineer, involved with factory automation projects for Yokogawa Electric. He has received a B.S. in business management from Kinki University. He is a younger brother of the Artiza’s CEO Takashi Tokonami.
Our Customers
Our customers can be categorized into communication service providers, network equipment manufactures and system integrators. Artiza has been shipping test products over 500 companies worldwide in almost 20 years since the establishment.


Career
We are looking for a few international sales persons who are expertise in industry for years. This position requires highly motivated, self-starting marketing and business development skills especially for the North America and EMEA region. Candidates also require technical knowledge about radio technology and protocols in 3GPP.
